Has it happened only since cold and flu season? The toddler and I keep getting virus after virus, all mild, but enough to make us both tired and blah.

Yes, it could be thyroid or low iron. Last time that happened to me it was low iron... on top of lack of a decent night's sleep. I can't remember the last time I went to bed that early. Did you sleep all night?

You need to have your thyroid checked. I'm pretty sure weight loss can screw it up. But I remember when mine was off, it was terrible. I was constantly tired!
