I take chicken tenders and marinate it in itallian dressing mixed with parmesian cheese overnight. When I am ready to cook it I take it out of the marinade. Then I mix an egg with a little milk to dip the tenders in and then I dip it in Italian breadcrumbs. I place it in a pan and put pieces of margarine on each piece and bake it at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

cherierj(at)yahoo(dot)com

Re: Meeting Robin Miller and Cookbook Giveaway

I subscribe in Google Reader.

Re: Meeting Robin Miller and Cookbook Giveaway

One of our families favorite recipes is Sausage Casserole.
